Where is your jewelry made?
Sati Gems Hawaiʻi jewelry is handcrafted by me, Liza Lalita Lee, on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. As a GIA Graduate Gemologist, I create small-batch, one-of-a-kind designs using natural gemstones, pearls, and precious metals. Each piece is inspired by nature, island life, and my travels, and created with intention and Aloha.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes, I use natural gemstones in Sati Gems Hawaiʻi jewelry. As a GIA Graduate Gemologist, I thoughtfully select stones for their quality, beauty, and unique character. Natural variations in color, shape, and size are part of what makes each piece special.
How soon will my order ship?
Ready-made jewelry usually ships within 24 hours of placing your order, excluding Sundays and holidays. Made-to-order pieces may take longer depending on gemstone availability and the time needed to create your jewelry. I’ll let you know if I need additional time.
Most orders ship through USPS, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days to U.S. destinations after shipping. If you need express shipping, please contact me before placing your order
Can I return or exchange jewelry?
Yes, eligible jewelry can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 business days of purchase, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it. Shipping costs are not refundable, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes, I offer repairs for Sati Gems Hawaiʻi jewelry. If your piece breaks within the first year of purchase, please contact me so I can assess the repair. Many repairs are complimentary, although charges may apply depending on the work and materials needed.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Treat your jewelry gently. Remove it before swimming, showering, exercising, or using household cleaners. Apply perfume and lotion before putting on your jewelry, and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store each piece separately in a dry place.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photo?
Natural gemstones and pearls may vary slightly in color, shape, and size. Handcrafted details may also differ, giving each piece its own character.
For a one-of-a-kind design, you will receive the piece pictured. For designs made in small batches, your jewelry may have slight variations from the photographed piece.
