SHIPPING

We believe that every piece of jewelry is a gift; whether it be to yourself, or to someone you love. Each piece of jewelry is shipped with a reusable jewelry pouch made by women in India and cards detailing the healing properties of any stones included in the design.

Please allow a processing time of up to 24 hours from the time of placing your order for your Sati Gems Hawaii jewelry to ship if your piece is ready made. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on gemstone availability as well as making time. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

Sati Gems Hawaii uses the US Postal Service for most packages and does not ship, Sundays or on national holidays. USPS Mail is 5-7 business days to most U.S. locations. If you need an express shipping service just let us know.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will be happy to exchange or a full refund of the purchased price, or exchange any product with another product of equal or more value, if the item is returned within 14-business days of purchase and in the same condition. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.

REPAIRS:

Sati Gems Hawaii, jewelry is for the most part dainty which means they are also delicate. This means you must take care with caring for our jewelry creations. If your item does break within the first year of purchase, we are more then happy to fix it. Please be aware there may be a wait as we are usually backed up with our production line. Mostly we do repairs for free but every circumstance is different. Some charges may apply. Please contact us for more details. You will be responsible for shipping charges.

HANDMADE:

Due to the handmade nature, length and shape may vary slightly and because we use natural gemstones the stones may vary in shape, size, and color.

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please call or TEXT us at 808-291-2172 so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions.

Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
